The Steering Committee’s responsibility is to contribute knowledge and experience to address the challenges faced by the company and assure the creation of value for our stakeholders. It is comprised of the CEO and five chief executives, who direct the organization based on their skills, competencies and professional track records (with ages ranging from 40 to 55), with the aim of fulfilling the corporate strategy.

The main purpose of the Committee is to assess accounting procedures, handling of relations with the Statutory Auditor and supervision of the effectiveness of the control architecture and risk management system.
He holds a degree in Business Administration from EAFIT and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
He has more than 25 years of experience in investment banking and capital markets and has been actively involved in infrastructure transactions in Latin America.
Prior to joining Odinsa, he served as Partner and Head of Clients for Colombia at Patria Investments and CEO of the joint venture between Patria and Cibest Capital. He also worked at Bancolombia, where he held the positions of Vice President of Business Origination, Senior Manager, and Manager of Corporate Finance in Investment Banking, as well as President of Valores Bancolombia.
He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets offerings, fundraising for investment funds, and project structuring and financing.
She holds a law degree from the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, with specializations in Business Law and Mining and Energy Law from the Universidad Externado de Colombia, and a Master’s degree in Applied Economics from EAFIT University.
She has 20 years of experience in commercial, contractual, and corporate law, litigation, and securities market regulation, with significant achievements in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, private and public contracting, litigation, and financing in Colombia and abroad.
At the Argos Business Group, she has held the positions of Director of Legal Affairs at Celsia S.A. Colombia; Manager of Corporate Legal Affairs and New Business at Celsia S.A. Colombia; and Legal Manager for Colombia at Cementos Argos S.A.

With more than 15 years of experience, she worked at Bancolombia Investment Banking, where she led mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and structured finance operations.
For the past five years, she has served as Director of Corporate Finance at Nutresa, developing and executing the group’s organic and inorganic growth strategy, including structuring acquisitions and managing the corporate investment portfolio.
Civil Engineer from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, specialist in Corporate Finance from Colegio de Estudios Superiores de Administración (CESA).
He was Business and Projects Coordinator and alternate member of the Board of Directors of CSS Constructores S.A.
He has also worked as Design Engineer and Engineering Director at the company Luis Héctor Solarte Solarte.
Administrador de Empresas y especialista en Mercadeo Internacional de la Universidad EAFIT. Realizó estudios de gerencia en el Kellogg School of Management en Illinois; cursó el GCP Global CEO Program en Wharton University of Pennsylvania; el Programa Alta Dirección Empresarial PADE de la Universidad de la Sabana; el programa Board of Directors and Executive Committe Excellence de UC Berkeley; el programa de desarrollo ejecutivo Leadership and Strategic Thinking de Cornell University y, el programa Strategy: Building and sustaining competitive advantage de Harvard Business School.
Ha sido profesor en cursos de Postgrado en las universidades EAFIT, Pontificia Bolivariana, Javeriana, Universidad de Los Andes y la Universidad del Rosario.
Tiene una amplia trayectoria laboral en el Grupo Argos. Se vinculó a Cementos Argos desde su práctica profesional y allí desempeñó varios cargos, entre los que se destacan: gerente del Negocio Industrial, gerente Nacional de Mercadeo y vicepresidente de la Regional Caribe y Centroamérica.
Desde del 2016, Mauricio se desempeña como presidente de Odinsa, empresa de concesiones de Grupo Argos.
Actualmente es presidente de las juntas directivas de la Cámara Colombiana de la infraestructura y de Opain; así como miembro de las juntas directivas de Probogotá, ANDI Seccional Antioquia y Fundación Grupo Argos.
